We partner with owners who are planning for their future. Whether you are interested in retiring & selling your business outright or spending less time in your day to day role while seeking a liquidity event – to anywhere in between – we are flexible in our approach. What we are committed to is continuing your legacy and helping the business you started continue to grow.
We are not private equity. We are in it for the long haul, not to make a quick buck. We invest our own money in any deal and do not have predetermined hold times. Our focus is on growing revenue, not on cutting costs or making major changes. Our capital partners have the same mindset.
Our team has significant experience as both operators and investors. We have successfully founded multiple companies, bought businesses, and sold businesses. We have worked across industries as CEOs, Consultants, Entrepreneurs, Small Business Owners, and Investors. Plain and simple – we are passionate about business.

We have deep (& successful) experience in New England small businesses – from founding to running to investing in companies
A smooth transition is our goal – e.g., Day 1 is “business as usual”, NOT “here are a dozen changes we are making immediately “
We are in it for the long haul – we are not Private Equity; we do not have predetermined hold times or a need to cut costs
